PLDT Fiber Installation Guide

Installation made seamless—prepare a few things before you apply so setup can be faster.

Before you apply

  • Prepare your in-house wiring (where the modem/router will be placed)
  • Have a valid ID ready (with your signature)
  • Ensure someone can receive the technician on the scheduled date

Note: Some plans include an installation/activation fee of ₱150/month for 36 months.
